Our Cooperative Apartment Building
StudioApt46 is an owner-occupied cooperative building. The coop conversion was done in 2011 with an original business concept of a hotel-style apartment offering top-of-the-line stylish studio apartments at affordable prices for short or long-term stays. It is now a residential building with 63 apartments many of which are studio apartments.
